Booking information

Prices

• The prices are in Euros per day incl. all taxes and fees, excluding the local tax and a final cleaning fee of € 200. The local tax is € 2,60 per person and day from 15 years of age. Prices apply to 4 full-paying guests, each additional person 15 and older is € 45 / per night. 

• The minimum stay in summer (May to November) is 4 days, arrival days: flexible.

• The minimum stay in winter (December to April) is 3 days, arrival days: flexible.

 

Payment conditions

• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30 %.

• Payment: Please settle your bill one week before the start of your holiday
• As a security deposit for the key, you must deposit € 400 at the start of your vacation; if there are no damages, this amount will be transferred back to your account within a week. 
• The Austrian hotel regulations apply

 

Cancellation conditions

• For cancellations and changes up to 30 days prior to the arrival date we charge € 30.
  For cancellations and changes up to 14 days prior to the arrival date we charge 30 % of booking price
  For cancellations and changes up to 7 days prior to the arrival date we charge 70 % of booking price
  For any later cancellations and changes or no-shows, we charge 90% of booking price

 

Child reduction

• Children's discounts with 4 full-paying guests: 0 - 2 yrs. old free, from 3 -14 yrs. old € 35 / day
